JB was so patient and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. He was such a calm realtor, while I was a crazy home buyer. He helped me through a difficult process and was very kind and accommodating through the whole process. I called him too many times to count, and he always was so receptive and didn't make me feel like I was a pest (even though I really was). LOL This market is very trying for home buyer and realtor, alike. However, he never wavered in his professionalism. While it seems that things would be easier in a hot market, Jon ensured Stephanie and I got the top dollar for our home. But most importantly during the process I was hospitalized and Jon took care of all the details, and any minor repairs he coordinated for us. Most importantly, when we had questions he was always there to quickly respond and provide the professional guidance we needed. Truly a professional in what he does. Can not say how happy we were with the process.
