When my wife and I were ready to sell our house of over 21 years, we needed a real estate agent or group that understood our needs. Because we were sellers and buyers, we had unique requirements. We bought our new home before selling our existing home. Jaymes recommended we have a house inspection done and needed work completed prior to putting the house on the market for sale.
