Jay was very professional and stayed in contact with me almost daily. He was up to date on real estate values in the area and suggested a reasonable price to sell my home. He gave suggestions on what needed to be repaired and recommended reliable contractors. When the loan company wanted additional repairs, Jay had a recommendation for inspections and contractors. We had a lot of issues with the first buyer and extended the contract several times to give him the opportunity to purchase the home. After Jay's exhausted efforts we decided it was best to cancel the contract with that buyer. Jay was always ahead of things and had a new buyer lined up. We were able to close in a short amount of time. If not for Jay's due diligence the home may still be on the market due to rising interest rates. I highly recommend Jay to anyone trying to sell their home.

Jay did an excellent job for us as we were buying a condominium from out of state. From the first time I called Jay Jackson for a property search, he had several listings sent to my email within several hours based on my location desires and financial requirements. We literally went to the one property I loved on paper and put an offer on it the very next day. The entire process was quick and seamless and stress free with Jay.
