From the first time I called Jay Jackson for a property search, he had several listings sent to my email within several hours based on my location desires and financial requirements. We literally went to the one property I loved on paper and put an offer on it the very next day. The entire process was quick and seamless and stress free with Jay. Jay jumped in to help us get the house ready for showing. He offered numerous suggestions based on his experience and these were very helpful. We believe he did more for us than others would have been willing to do. My sisters house needed many hours of work to clean things out that had accumulated over more than 40 years of living there.
