From the first time I called Jay Jackson for a property search, he had several listings sent to my email within several hours based on my location desires and financial requirements. We literally went to the one property I loved on paper and put an offer on it the very next day. The entire process was quick and seamless and stress free with Jay. The Banks and the underwriters (as normal) are a bit more difficult with providing allot of paperwork/signatures/ just the normal mountains things needed to close a home loan. Jay jumped in to help us get the house ready for showing. He offered numerous suggestions based on his experience and these were very helpful. We believe he did more for us than others would have been willing to do. My sisters house needed many hours of work to clean things out that had accumulated over more than 40 years of living there. In addition, she wanted to keep most of the furniture. He helped with everything. We don't know how we would have been able to complete the task had he not helped us. Jay Johnson began our search for a home, in central Ohio, while we were still living in Las Vegas. He was very friendly and professional. He never placed a sale above our needs. He was very attentive to our wishes. On many occasions he would drive 100 miles or more to show us a home. He never tried to push us into a house that was not right for us.
