Jay was really good at his job. He showed us every property that we seen even if it didn’t meet the criteria that we had outlined. The photographer he hired to take the website photos did a masterful job of making our home look beautiful. Jay's social media connections helped market our house quickly, which attracted a lot of foot traffic the first day our home was for sale. In fact, we had an offer less than 24 hours later. Although that buyer rescinded their offer for personal reason, two more potential buyers made offers. The second potential buyer was difficult to work with, but Jay worked tirelessly to negotiate and advocate for us, and he kept us well informed of the process and gave us advice on how to handle the potential buyer's requests. After we decided to leave that deal, we received a third offer less than 12 hours later. That third buyer was the winner, and Jay made sure the process went smoothly and on a timely basis. We closed on the house on time, and we got the price we had hoped to receive. Jay's pricing of the house was spot-on for the local market -- not too high and not too low, but just right. Jay was very professional and had a positive, pleasant attitude. He made the home-selling process as smooth as possible.
