Jason Skipworth is Partner of DC Living® Real Estate, LLC with over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was born and raised in Florence, Alabama, then went on to graduate from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. After graduating from college, Jason held several positions with some of the nation’s leading Real Estate Investment Trust in Birmingham, Alabama, Denver, Colorado, and Washington D.C. Jason’s experience in Financial & Operational Management provides his clients with attention to detail in every real estate transaction. His personal and caring approach are evident through his desire to make every real estate transaction smooth and stress-free. Jason thrives on staying current with the latest technology so his clients can be anywhere in the world and know that they can accomplish their real estate goals with his help. Jason’s success can be attributed to his keen market knowledge and integrity producing excellent results for his clients. Jason is an active volunteer for the National Capital Area Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. He helps raise funds annually for The Walk to End Alzheimer’s and advocates for Alzheimer’s awareness. When Jason is not working, he finds his greatest enjoyment outdoors – traveling the world, snowboarding, skiing, boating, water skiing, working out, and spending time with friends. Jason is a licensed real estate professional in the District of Columbia, Virginia and Maryland.

Phenomenal

Phenomenal. I'm a harsh critic so if I have praise this high, it is WELL deserved. Nothing for me to worry about from start to finish. Jason ("William") took care of everything AND KEPT ME INFORMED THROUGHOUT! There was a snag 100% the fault of the buyers title company, and Jason fixed it and got them on track with no hassle to me. Highest recommendation ever. He was dead on right with the sale price and gave me three options to choice from and it played out exactly as he predicted AND IT WAS UNDER CONTRACT IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS WITH 2 OFFERS!!! Jason is also so much fun to work with and a great guy. I've used him for a home purchase and a home sale and I'd never use anyone else for a sale or purchase in the D.C. area. He's the best of the best. He also only works with the best of the best for repairs, staging etc. I couldn't be a happier customer. I got more than I thought I would, primarily do to Jason's recommendations for staging AND a didn't do I bunch of unnecessary changes that I thought that I would have to do but he recommended against (since the buyer would probably gut that area anyway). 10 out of 10. 100 out of 100.
