We had a unique situation that required someone who could understand the need for a timely sale and being patient with us while we juggled several other significant life changes outside of selling our home. Jay checked every box. From the moment I reached out to Rovi to closing. Jay and his team were been constantly in touch and always offering to help. When we first met Jay he gave us a great overview of the current market and what his recommendation would be around pricing but made it clear it was our choice as to if we take his advise or wish to go higher or lower. He explained his reasoning around the timeline of when to put it on the market and the open house timeline. Everything made sense for what we were looking for and resulted in several offers after the open house. When working through the offers he did a great job of what to take in to consideration and answered all of my questions. I'm forgetting the amazing job the company he uses for taking photos and the virtual walkthrough did. Our house looked amazing! Jay helped guide us through several other parts of the process that we had been struggling with and was always responsive to text, phone, or email. There's really not much else to say other than thank you Jay for helping us through one of the most stressful periods of our life and making selling our home as easy as possible Wouldn't hesitate to recommend you or Rovi to anyone.

Jason is a very professional person and it was for my husband and I that we do not speak perfect English able to make us understand every step of the sale making us feel comfortable. He sold our house quickly by following every day all the necessary steps after the accepted proposal and making us understand all the laws and the system that is used in America during the sale of the house completely unknown to us and completely different from our country.
