Wild ride to close

Jason Francia and I originally connected over a phone call when I was looking to buy a home in Lompoc. From the beginning, we knew we needed to find the right house because we had some specific things we wanted to do with the property and needed the right space. Jason was extremely patient with us. He showed us a lot of homes and never made us feel rushed. Each showing helped us figure out what worked, what didn't, and ultimately eliminate the wrong homes until we found the right one. When we finally found the house we wanted, things got a little tricky because we actually had to write the offer before we could see it in person. We decided to move forward knowing there would probably be some negotiating once we got further into the process. That's where Jason really went to work for us. He negotiated a substantial reduction in the purchase price, got us a lot of seller credits, and negotiated for the sellers to complete the necessary pest work and repairs. There were definitely some bumps along the way, but Jason and his team handled everything and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We're so excited to officially be first-time homeowners! Jason and the Francia Team were always available when we had questions and walked us through everything from beginning to end.
