Jason and his team were awesome!

Jason and his team had an offer for us before the holidays and the buyer had to back out last minute, so we regrouped and re listed after the new year. We had an offer after an open house and the buyer was very flexible with our needs for an extended escrow period. He pretty much bought the house as is and gave us what we were asking for without too much haggling. The process went smoothly and even though we had a minor hiccup in the escrow office, we were still able to get through it on time and get moved out, cleaned up and onto the next thing without too many problems.
