Jason and Michelle were amazing from Day One! I was in a unique financial situation and both of them were helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. They walked me through their process, discussed all my options with me, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Both Jason and Michelle were not only professional and kind with me as a seller and their customer, but they were also checking in with the buyer’s agent and making sure things were running smoothly on their end as well. The Francias did an excellent job walking me through everything from preparing my home to sell to what to expect when preparing to close escrow. The Francias also did amazing work with getting the home on Zillow and the market— in fact, we had many viewings on the first day the house went on the market, and received offers the very next day! I was so happy with Jason and Michelle’s work and their positive energy during this process that I plan on buying my next home through them when that time comes!

My wife and I are both in the military so moving is very common for us and working with Jason and Michelle was a great buying experience!We chose to work with Jason and Michelle when purchasing a house in Orcutt because of their extensive knowledge of the area and they delivered, finding us a beautiful home overlooking the Orcutt hills. Their teamwork approach allowed Jason to show us multiple properties and Michelle to be actively drafting offers and finding answers to the many questions we had. Their knowledge and help reached far past what we’ve experienced with other real estate agents. Jason’s experience with mechanical issues and engineering and Michelle’s background in horticulture were very helpful during the buying process and they continue to offer expertise when we need it. Jason always says working as a realtor is a great way to make and build friendships, I truly believe this is a fundamental cornerstone in their business practice and makes them an awesome team to have in our corner.
Jason and Michelle concurrently handled 2 sales and a purchase for us at the end of last year. I definitely bit off more than I could chew and was lucky to have realtors who could handle the transaction and help me stay sane through the process. We are very happy with how things turned out- great price for our houses and found the right house for us. I'm not planning on doing that again... but if a had to do it over I would choose the Francias.
