I first met Jason Francia when I asked him and his real estate team to consider selling my house in September. My husband had passed away a couple of months before and since I had no family living in California, I did not want to live by myself, so my option was to sell the house and move. My neighbor told me about Jason and his real estate “team” so I contacted Jason. He came to see the house. We discussed various options (i.e. painting and new carpet, etc.) and decided to sell “as is”. I had been doing a lot of packing of “unnecessary” items. I asked Jason if we could put off showing the house until I moved, and the house was not cluttered with boxes. He agreed so I signed the listing document. My family arrived to help me pack. I hired a moving company, and I left California and informed Jason that the house was available to “show”. Jason hired a housecleaner to “deep clean” the house and began showing the property. In a few days I received an offer for the house via email from Jason. It seemed rather low, so I rejected that offer. A few days later I received a second offer which I rejected as well. Jason did not “give up” on me and again I received from his office a much better offer that I did accept. I feel the paperwork went through the system very smoothly and timely and this week the sale went through with no “hitches”. This – I feel is because Jason and his “team” work well together.
