We met Jason while visiting an open house in Oakland. We had just begun to search and did not yet have an agent. After connecting with him for a few minutes, we knew he had a great sense of the neighborhoods and market in Oakland and trusted him to help us find our first home. Jason is honest, straightforward, and made the whole process of buying a home easy. We were looking in specific neighborhoods and knew what we liked. When we asked for his opinion in certain situations, we experienced an honest response to help inform our decision. He communicated well throughout the process, including going above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns, even after normal hours. When we were getting close to making a decision, he took us to homes more than once so that we could make a solid decision. He showed up for support at our signing and again on moving day to bring a tool that the movers didn’t have that we had already packed! We did not have a lender, so Jason helped us connect to one who was extremely informative, easy to work with, and made the process of getting a loan super smooth. Since closing, Jason has made recommendations for contacts, putting us at ease with work that our home needs.
