Jason was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He was always punctual and always available to help. He made our buying experience very fun and easy to navigate. We really had a great time working with him and just love our née home!
As I said that without Jason’s help I believe my purchase of my retirement home in Spring Hill Florida would not have happened. Jason helped me through the entire process of finding the home and securing my financial loan. I had several problems with the financial institution which Jason assisted me and solved all of my problems. Thank God that Jason was on the team or I would be stuck retiring in extremely cold New England.
Jason found several homes that were in my price range and we visited all of them. He had to drive over an hour to get to the city I wanted to retire in. (Spring Hill) After putting in an offer he helped me get through the loan process. I was applying for a VA loan and it required a huge amount of documentation that Kason help me find. Such as IRS records which was an impossible task for me. Jason and his wife again drove over an hour one way from his office to the closing. It was a pleasure working with Jason and meeting his wife. I would highly recommend Jason when it comes time to buy, sell, or rent a home.
