I sold my house for more than I originally anticipated. Our sale was also fairly complicated since the house was in probate. In addition it had been vacant for about 4 months prior to the listing and inhabited by my 18 year old son the 8 months prior to that, so it needed some work. Janis Adams and her team were excellent for a new construction home in Porter, TX we recently closed on. Janis knows Porter, Humble, Kingwood and greater areas extremely well. She helped me in negotiating a very good deal with the seller, and was an outstanding advocate for big and little things needed from the builder/seller all the way to closing and after closing. She attended all walkthroughs and inspections. She even came and personally watered my distressed yard grass and plants in 100F weather, even brought her own hoses and sprinklers (and left them to me after closing), and she got the grass greener and on the road to recovery.
