So greatful that I had Janis as my realtor to help me through the home buying process. She was so professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect home!
As a seasoned resident of Kingwood, our realtor Janis Adams has in-depth knowledge of the local market and many surrounding areas. Janis efficiently listed our property and offered expert advice on preparing it for sale. Thanks to her professionalism and guidance, we achieved a successful sale in a down market.
Janis and her staff made everything easy for us from the advice on staging and pricing to closing and moving. Janis kept us informed and answered all our questions professionally and timely. I highly recommend Janis Adams!
I was in a hurry, didn’t really know what I wanted, but wanted something unique and Janis was there no matter the time or day ready to show me every house in Houston if necessary. We looked at houses at night, weekends, and last minute. And every time she would show up with smile and a wealth of knowledge. She either sold the house previously, knew a previous owner, neighbor or knew someone with the same floor plan down the street. You just can’t ask for anything more in a realtor. If there’s a house out there for you she’ll not only find it, but also make sure you know everything about it, don’t overpay for it and enjoy the journey as well!
Janis is very knowledgeable both in selling and buying a home. She keeps you informed and walks you through the whole process. She also has strong connections with resources that assist in buying and selling. Janis works to make sure the process in smooth and as stress free as possible. We worked with Janis for years and she has become a great friend.
A Very impressive, professional Realtor. Her positivity and high energy made engaging with Janis delightful. Her knowledge of the market and selling homes is impressive. I credit her with successfully listing and selling our home so quickly. I highly recommend her.
Janis Adams is a true star. Her knowledge and dedication is beyond anyone’s expectations and she does it with true professionalism. She will always have my support and friendship
Janis was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way. She answered promptly when I texted her with questions. Would highly recommend Janis!
The closing was a nightmare. Lender and title company (both out of town) refused to work together to get this done. Too long of a story to go into now. But thanks to Janis and her large network of knowledge keepers she was able to be the go between and iron out the issue. I have bought 2 and sold 3 houses in the past with Janis as my agent. Hopefully, I won't be buyin or selling homes again ( I'm 74) But if I do, Janis will be the first and only agent I would call. I recommended Janis to all my family and friends. And everyone has be happy they signed with her.
Janis setup someone to come to my home and stage it for a photographer. Then she arranged for the photographer to come. When the house sold she arranged to have me come in a day early to sign all of the papers so I can make my flight out on Friday AM. JANIS WAS ALWAYS A STEP AHEAD AND VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL.
Janis was wondeful. Helped me price my house right for selling, knew craftsmen who could do whatever needed touched up and recommended an excellent stager. All and all, she was professional in every aspect of the sale. And was very friendly toward all sides throughout the entire process. I'm in the process of buying a home with her help now. And the same holds ture for this experience too.
Janis Adams truly knows the Kingwood market. Our house was for sale with another realtor for 9 months without a sale. Janis came in with suggestions for changes in the house which were done and the house sold in 6 weeks. She is professional and communicated with us frequently throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her as a top notch realtor!
