The closing was a nightmare. Lender and title company (both out of town) refused to work together to get this done. Too long of a story to go into now. But thanks to Janis and her large network of knowledge keepers she was able to be the go between and iron out the issue. I have bought 2 and sold 3 houses in the past with Janis as my agent. Janis setup someone to come to my home and stage it for a photographer. Then she arranged for the photographer to come. When the house sold she arranged to have me come in a day early to sign all of the papers so I can make my flight out on Friday AM. JANIS WAS ALWAYS A STEP AHEAD AND VERY KIND AND THOUGHTFUL.
