Janine is a very rare agent that truly puts her clients first. She’s there night and day and makes sure everything runs smoothly. She’s not afraid to play hardball either when push comes to shove. She’s wonderful at her job and a truly wonderful person. 10/10 I would recommend!!!

Janine is the only realtor I will be using - she's that good! She sold my parents their home, and turned around and helped me find my absolute unicorn of a home, that we've now been in for almost two years. I didn't give her a lot of criteria to work with; I said I wanted a garage and a backyard for my dog(s - I only had one at the time we started searching for my home). She made sure that not only did we find a home that had a yard for us to grow into, but that it was a safe, comfortable neighborhood that my father would be OK with his daughter living alone in. Janine also has an incredible sense of humor, so you will absolutely laugh your way through home searching and buying with her. You're not just gaining a realtor who will sell you a home, you're gaining someone who will fight for you and make sure you are getting what you're looking for. She's also the "guy who knows a guy", and most likely knows someone who can help you with whatever you need done for your home! And, we still keep in touch today, and she even buys food for her dogs from my small business! ;) Toby and Teddy LOVE their backyard and their cozy home, and it's all thanks to Janine!! 🩷
