We met Janice by way of a friend’s referral. They told us that she was a wonderful person, a Christian lady and knew her stuff. We met with Janice on a Wednesday evening and spent more time talking about each other’s lives, our faith than we did the sale of the home, which we talked about quite a while. Signed with Janice that night, she showed our home the next night, and the next night they made an offer and we signed. Three days, the house sold, and closed a short time later, around a month.
