Janice was great and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable. I was really glad I hired Janice, all things considered. My only suggestion is that she avoid talking about politics with clients. We dont all share the same views when it comes to that, so best to stay out of it. I'm pretty neutral when it comes to that, but the way things are right now, I highly suggest it be avoided. Also, when its time to take photos, give the homeowner a list of things to get out of sight and a day to prepare! If not for these 2 items, I'd have given her 5-stars.
