Melissa and I were first time home buyers with no clue where to start. We had gotten pre approved for a conventional mortgage through our credit union as a starting point and had been casually perusing real estate listings using various online apps. We stumbled upon a unique renovation project that piqued our interest and it just so happened that Janice was the listing agent. In hindsight that particular project was way above our league but we were extremely fortunate in that it put us in contact with an amazing realtor! Moments after we left our last showing at 4:30pm Janice was in contact with the selling agent/sellers and knowing full well this place could turn into a bidding war she went above and beyond by having a signed purchase agreement by 9pm that evening.
