Jan is the best agent I've ever worked with, and I'm sure she is the best anyone can ask for. She worked with me for both buying and selling this house that I owned for a relatively short time... I didn't want to sell it, but some personal issue made me move to another state. To her, knowing the market situation and houses in the area is given... more importantly, it looks like she has the ability to read your mind. Every time she showed a new house, it not only fit in the boundary you vaguely drew in your mind for your house, but also a next one is almost always better (closer to the house you have in mind) than the previous one. And during the closing process, she made it so easy for me to handle minor issues that I didn't have to worry about anything. My friend who worked with her had similar experience with her, if not better, and that's why he remommended her to me.
