About Janice

THE FRASIER TEAM, Hal & Jan Frasier. More than 64 years combined real estate experience which began in the Albany NY area. Former Re/Max Broker Owners. Moved to the Stuart Fl area in 1998 and continued selling real estate. Jan was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame in 2006. When Keller Williams Realty opened in Stuart, Jan and Hal were amount the first agents to join. Jan is a Guild member of the prestigious Luxury Home Institute and specializes in waterfront and luxury properties. Hal is a Broker Associate, former Assistant Team Leader at Keller Williams Treasure Coast, and Fast Track instructor. He holds, a CRS, and two Military Housing Specialist certifications. He is a US Navy Veteran and currently serves in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Julie Gaumond joined the Frasier Team in 2008 as a Buyer Specialist
