This is our 4th sell/5th buy - but we did not know how different the SC experience could be to us. We've never had any agent explain, then escort us through the process as effectively as JP. On several occasions she spoke up to the sales and construction folks to get things done the right way. Follow thru? - You bet! It really can be frustrating, but JP was there to listen and get us through it all.

This is the second time that we've worked with JP and she's been beyond fantastic both times! She's very punctual and professional in every aspect. If I had any questions before, during, and after the process, she's been there to explain and help whenever possible. I've referred her to all my friends and family and they all say the same. This review is long overdue. JP sold our investment property and knocked it out of the park. We live out of state and she handled it all for us. She coordinated cleanings, pictures, repairs and did a fantastic job with the marketing. The house was on the market less than a week and we closed on time with no issues. She was on top of every detail. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home you need to call JP right now.
