She either knew or researched every detail about a new build in a new neighborhood and was able to explain my options so we could make the best possible decision for me. She was able to negotiate a better price and include options. Once that was decided, she stayed on top of the builder, lender and attorney to be sure the transaction was seamless. If it hadn't been for JP keeping on top of the lender the closing might not have happened as scheduled. If I had a question or concern, JP either knew the answer or was able to get the answer very quickly. She took a lot of the weight off my shoulders and with her knowledge and expertise she made the buying experience the best possible. I've used JP for both buying and selling and you won't find anyone who is more knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. I recommend her 100%!
