I hate that I'm limited to 2000 characters to explain how fulfilling it is working with JP. We've bought and sold with her in the Fort Mill area many times now, and she continues to deliver. She does her homework to truly understand our needs/wants and helps us prioritize what is realistic in the market today. Her relationships with trusted contractors, inspectors, attorneys land us in the most experienced hands EVERY TIME! She prepared us with printouts and extensive detail for each home we toured, and put forth a tremendous effort to schedule showings for SO many properties to give us confidence in our final pick. The home-buying process is a rollercoaster of emotion by itself with hopes crushed along the way with rejected offers and properties that look great on paper, but fall short of appeal. JP will keep you motivated to press on with a tireless positive outlook, and well fed with snacks and drinks along the way. What can be perceived as a daunting ordeal really felt like an adventure with an experienced pilot. I had the feeling she KNEW where we would end up when we started our journey, and yet she let us explore all the wrong options to see for ourselves where we truly wanted to be. I can't thank her enough for her patience and persistence in showing us SO many properties that just didn't feel like home. My frugal imagination would try to make so many compromises for low-priced properties that clearly now would have been a terrible fit. JP has a knack to make absolutely sure that our lifestyle didn't have to suffer to get us into just any place quickly. We were in a temporary living situation where there was a cost associated with our timeline, but that never translated to a 'rush' feeling when she would remind us of what really mattered most to us. It truly is an art form to be an expert in your field, and be so in-tune with the people you work with to make this a fulfilling experience. JP is THE ONE to help you find your way HOME!

JP is a fantastic realtor and is with you every step of the way. She made a multi state move seem like a piece of cake and was in constant communication about our new build AND helped us find our realtor to sell our house in another state. JP has helped us now with 3 houses and as long as she's in the business, if we're buying or selling, we will only use her.

When we went under contract on the purchase of our home, we knew that we had to move quickly to get mine on the market and under contract. JP showed up in a big way to help expedite the process, carpet cleaners in hand. Within two days she had the photos taken, marketing done, and the listing went live. By the end of the weekend that the townhome went on the market, we had numerous offers and ended up closing over asking! Couldn’t have asked for a better agent or a smoother sale of my home!

This is our 4th sell/5th buy - but we did not know how different the SC experience could be to us. We've never had any agent explain, then escort us through the process as effectively as JP. On several occasions she spoke up to the sales and construction folks to get things done the right way. Follow thru? - You bet! It really can be frustrating, but JP was there to listen and get us through it all.
