Very thorough all the way along. Knows the real estate business very well. Very considerate and takes care of the main aspects of transaction but helped us with adequate advice. Provided follow up helps (dealing with HOA, etc) even after the escrow closed. We will advise new buyers and sellers to use her services and you cannot go wrong.
