We were moving cross country and Janet went to each house and recorded it top to bottom for us to view. She is extremely personable and easy to work with. And always available for any questions we had and still have.

Janet guided us through the sale process from beginning to end. We had several repairs to be made prior to placing on the market, and she recommended/found vendors to take care of each item (appliances, HVAC replacement, plumbing, cleaning, clean-out). We were out-of-state sellers, and Janet traveled on-site to meet each vendor and monitor their work. She guided us market value and pricing in a pragmatic and understanding manner, as condo (though inheritance) was owned by 6 parties. She was patient, organized open houses and was with us every step of the way. When it came contract and closing time, she coordinated with us, the buyers agent, HOA and attorneys from both sides of the deal - in a complete and efficient manner. There were issues along the way, none trigger by Janet - and she helped us navigate each one. Janet is top notched realtor. My wife and I have purchased and sold several properties over the years and I can say without reservation Janet is one of the best if not the best, and I recommend her without reservation.

Janet was always came prepared to showing with print outs of each property. Her availability was great. She was able to get me into homes last min. Super sweet and kind.
