We were out-of-state sellers, and Janet traveled on-site to meet each vendor and monitor their work. She guided us market value and pricing in a pragmatic and understanding manner, as condo (though inheritance) was owned by 6 parties. She was patient, organized open houses and was with us every step of the way. When it came contract and closing time, she coordinated with us, the buyers agent, HOA and attorneys from both sides of the deal - in a complete and efficient manner. There were issues along the way, none trigger by Janet - and she helped us navigate each one. Janet is top notched realtor. I can’t thank Janet enough for making the home buying experience such an easy stress free process!
