Janet Connelly was very knowledgeable about the area, pricing, and the whole process. This was my first time buying a home and she explained everything to me ate by step. She found the perfect little house for me in Lockport!

Janet made herself readily available to show us many properties in a timely fashion. She was very knowledgeable of the current market and the various areas we were looking in. She sent daily emails as properties became available. Janet was easy to reach and answered all communications promptly. Janet was able to guide us through the buying process with ease and expertise. We were very confident with Janet in charge.

We lived in our home for 36 years and it was time to sell. Janet was very patient with us as we went back and forth with listing our house. We finally took the plunge and told her to list. Instantly, we had prospective buyers looking at the house. Janet brought a photographer to take pictures. Our house looked so good in the pictures, I almost wondered why we were selling. Janet stayed calm as we panicked when bids were placed. She walked us through the bids and gave suggestions on how to proceed but never pushed us to accept or decline. I was so worried the house would not sell, but in a matter of weeks, we accepted a bid. It was a stressful time, but Janet was always there for us, ready to stop by or answer any questions we had. We are very glad we had Janet to help us sell our home.

We knew the general area we wanted to move to but were unsure of what neighborhood we wanted. Janet, very patiently, showed us many homes in many neighborhoods. She was able to answer our many questions on taxes, HOA fees, neighborhood demographics and more. She never urged us to choose a certain home. She was honest and straightforward with us. We finally chose a new home, feeling it was the best fit for us. We are grateful Janet took the time with us to find our new home.

Janet was terrific from the start never pushy always available wasn't concerned about commissions just very helpful and extremely experienced! She has a background in rehabbing homes and it shows. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her she listened to us and out needs and only took us to homes that where right for us, even during one of our walkthrews an alarm went off she just kept her cool and handled the situation with a laugh! I would recommend her to everyone that I knew was selling or looking!!!
