Janet was highly motivated and worked aggressively to get our home sold and left no stone unturned to get it done expeditiously. During what I would call the slow season for home sales (Oct - Jan), Janet quickly setup a home showing. Even though we didn't get an offer at that time of what we wanted Janet stayed steadfast that she would get it done within the timeline set for my contingency agreement with a builder. Janet's calm demeanor and positive reassurances averted a melt down within our home from stress.
