Janet helped us find our home and ultimately close on it as well. In this tough competitive market we went all around town. On tours we would discuss the things that looked suspect and avoided potential money pit houses. She also hooked us up with an amazing mortgage provider. Between her negotiations and the mortgage providers recommendations to the seller we were able to close on a house. Was really impressed that we were able to close when we knew we were competing closely with another buyer but the emotional side and negotiations eventually won out.
