Janelle was the agent for my fathers home purchase 3yrs ago, then a lil over a year ago was agent for my brothers home purchase. Just earlier this year she sold a house for me. Truly amazing she gave me ideas and really good advice to make the house ready to sell. The number of superlatives I could use to describe our experience having Janelle as our real estate agent are limitless. We were moving from Dallas to Tucson, which meant trying to find a property that met our needs from 1,000 miles away. Janelle took the time to listen to what we wanted and began the search immediately in the markets that she thought would be best for us. The communication she provided was second to none. Several times in the process, she took the time to view a property for us that we had found online. Her feedback was honest and was always in our best interest. In preparation for the move, we made several visits to Tucson. Janelle and Scott, her husband, took around the city looking at properties she had found that ranged from Oro Valley, Catalina Foothills, and Tanque Verde. She was always prepared with all of the information on the properties, including comps from previous sales in the neighborhood or zip code. We eventually found a property online that we felt was right for us. She viewed the property for us, and based upon her feedback, we decided to place on offer on the house. We then traveled to Tucson to view it. Again, Janelle's client centered service proved essential, as her extensive research on the property revealed a potential issue. We then rescinded that offer. Later that same day, Janelle contacted us about a property she thought fit our needs. Her suggestion was on point. We were able to get an offer accepted, the house inspected, and worked with all of the other institutions that are part of the process within a four day time period. That allowed us to be part of the process before we traveled back to Dallas. In the end, Janelle's professionalism made the transition from Dallas to Tucson almost seamless.
