Janelle helped me find a condo. At the time, I was in the process of selling two homes in two different cities. I had brokers at large national and international firms listing them. Janelle outperformed them on every level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, tenuous , responsive, and supportive. I was most impressed with her ability to understand my needs and not waste my time on possibilities she knew I wouldn't want. But, she was willing to meet and show me whatever I wanted, even if it meant multiple trips to many condos. We looked at many units in different areas. She gave me straight information, honest input, and accurate opinions. She was more than willing to go the extra mile--repeat visits, always timely information, wealth of knowledge of various areas and developments, and always available to help with whatever I needed. She is the best realtor I've had. I can unequivocally recommend her--which I would not do unless it was totally warranted. I lost the key to my new condo on the day I was moving in. I had a load of things already at the condo, but I could not get in. When I told her this, she immediately dropped whatever she was doing, located an extra key at the sellers' agent, and went out of her way to go to his house, get the key and bring it to me.

Janelle is the best realtor you could hope for. She is knowledgeable and experienced but doesn’t have that manic realtor energy where it feels like you don’t know if you can trust their advice. She truly cares about her clients and guides them through the buying and selling process no matter how complicated it might get. We have bought with Janelle twice and sold with her twice and I recommend her to anyone who even mentions the word real estate. She’s there keep you calm during the whole process and even rolls up her sleeves and does whatever job needs to be done to get your house sold. Even if you’re just looking for someone to tell you if buying or selling is the right move for you right now she’s worth a call. She will tell you the truth-not necessarily always what you hear- but I’ve learned to trust her judgment! Our house we just sold sold in 2 days with Janelle’s priceless help!
