Janeanne "JJ" Blankenburg is a full time professional. She doesn't dabble in real estate as a part-time hobby. She was a strong advocate for me as a seller/client and kept me up-to-date throughout the sales process. The sale was unnecessarily protracted by a potential buyer (a "tire-kicker"?) and another realtor's agent representing that potential buyer. This "buyer" signed sales contracts twice and twice was unable to secure financing, forcing cancellation of two property closing dates on a few days notice, with resulting delays. "JJ" worked the phones to find alternate buyers which ultimately resulted in a successful sale. "JJ" puts in a lot of effort, long hours, and her day does not end at 5 PM. Give her a raise.
