Janea is amazing, she is the best! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor! I cannot say enough great things about Janea. I had a terrible experience with a previous agent and Janea was recommended to me by a friend- she swooped in and saved the day!!! My process of looking for a house took over a year- we used the NACA program. She helped me secure a rental property to stay in while I completely the process of qualifying for the loan. She stayed in contact with me and helped me with literally everything along the way. As soon as we were cleared to buy a house, we started looking immediately and put an offer in the second day. Not to mention she was leaving for vacation the day I wanted to put an offer in. Of course, she assured me that I was the priority and had nothing to worry about. The seller accepted the offer.
