Selling a home (or buying one) requires that all parties stay on task with the multitude of things that have to come together to get to the closing table. This involves gentle prodding of the attorneys, mortgage companies (on both sides), building inspectors, termite inspectors, repair contractors, and yes the seller too. It is a real herding cats type exercise, and Janea pulls it off with extreme grace, patience, and kindness. I was an out-of-town seller and Janea worked extensively to help my daughter get the home staged properly in my absence. Janea was very professional and yet fun to work with. I highly recommend her on either the selling or buying side of the transaction. My daughter purchased a home with Janea and had a likewise excellent experience.
