Janea is an amazing Real Estate Broker and human being. I was new to buying a home and decided on a New Construction built Home. Janea walked me through the entire process making sure to ask questions (that I never even knew to ask) of the Builder and Lenders to help the process flow efficiently. She would make sure I was copied on emails and would ask if I had any questions. She would answer any questions I had. Due to her excellent knowledge she made sure that each team in the process followed through on their deliverables and when it came time to blue/green tape (items to be fixed) the home she knew what to look for and helped in the process. She stayed in touch via phone, text and email. She was with me from the beginning to the final closing day when I signed my paperwork. Even though my home has closed, she has sent me a text to see how I am doing and if I have any questions. I have been given a list of items to take care of and she let me know she would check up to make sure I get those items taken care of and completed. She is an amazing human being! She is kind, considerate, courteous and made sure to listen and assist when I needed it the most. Janea is the total package. I am grateful for her expertise, help, and kindness.

Janea is an absolute rockstar. We were first time homebuyers, starting the process from overseas, and absolutely CLUELESS about buying a home. We got a new build and not only did she help us win the bid, she was on the builders every week for updates and driving by whenever she could.
