Jane has such great knowledge of all aspects of selling a home that she is able to easily infuse her knowledge to the seller to quickly and efficiently sell a home. She is able to compile comparisons of homes for sale and sold in the surrounding neighborhood and suggest a sensible asking price. She quickly provides a chart of offers that personalizes the buyers. Jane always gave me time to think about offers and decisions needed to facilitate the sale. She personally took care of business that I wasn’t able to, including dealing with problems that involved government slowdown. Jane is knowledgable of resources that helped me get the home ready for sale. She is the most patient, client oriented realtor I know.
