She understands the difficulties in moving and purchasing homes that many in the military face, and she was willing to do the extra work to ensure we were well taken care of throughout the process. She took videos of the house we purchased since we were unable to travel to Washington, she attended all appointments and inspections, she provided sound advice throughout the negotiating process, and she went out of her way and continued to help us out--even after we had purchased the home--until we were able to move into the house. She's a hard worker, responsive, knows the area (I know cause I know the area too), and I would recommend her to a friend!

Jana helped us purchase a home in DuPont, WA. She was very knowledgable of the area and listened to our extensive wish list. She found a home we love by staying on top of the market. DuPont is a hot market. She had us in the home we purchased within hours of the listing going live. We were able to secure the house quickly because of her responsiveness. Back in January, I asked of a Facebook group, "Who is the grooviest real estate agent in all of the lands?" "Jana Ross!" they cried in unison. Luckily for me, she just so happened to be in Washington. I had nightmares and a slight panic attack over the entire home buying process. Me, a 30-year-old child, was buying a home. I just barely started buying organic, but now this? Nah, son. All of my friends were super helpful and explained in detail how awful their experiences were, but it was nothing like that.
