We contracted Ms. Jana Ross as our representative when selling our home in late 2022. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and, most importantly, the outcome she helped us realize. Even in a market in which the seller was losing power, we sold our house in a relatively short amount of time and at a price that generated the total revenue we were hoping to realize. Jana kept us informed through all steps of the process, was infinitely patient with our many questions, and was, throughout, the calming force we needed. And, more important than all of that, she loved and spoiled our dog, Charlie!!

Jana’s service is exceptional. We bought and sold our first home with her, and I could not trust anyone more than I trust her. This second transaction was a bit more chaotic with us selling and buying in this market and moving half way across the US. She went above and beyond for my family. She took care of everything. Not only did she help prepare our rental property for sale and invest HOURS meeting contractors and professionals at our property while we managed it from across the country -- she helped clean it, stage it, beautify it and SELL it in only a month and a half during DECEMBER (the worst month of the selling season)! She was VERY professional, EXTREMELY diligent, completely attentive to every detail and just incredibly FUN to work with!
