Mrs. Ross was great from start to finish, she explained the options from selling to property management. She was also very helpful providing points of contacts to get the property ready for showing. Communication was great typically replied expeditiously through email and text. She made herself available to be present for contractors if in any case I would not be able to do so and provided a key box for them to come by before the listing when on the market. Paperwork was all conducted online and without any problems. The most assistance provided was during the final stages when I was out of state and she assisted with the inspection and ensuring all the staging was removed before closing. I highly recommend Jana, this is my second time using her services. She assisted me in buying the property a few years ago and I was sure I would request her assistance to sell it.

Our first experience was Jana was when shorty after my wife and I moved to WA. We were looking for a house to rent and contacted her after reading her reviews and needless to say, they were spot on. Not only was she extremely helpful with the rental process, but also during our stay in the house to include maintainer, local services and even recommendations on where to eat. She then surpassed our expectations once again during our search for a house. She was always available either face to face or via email and telephone. She guided us through the whole process and even recommended us a mortgage service which saved us thousands of dollars compared to our credit union.
