Jan Dijkers

I can't say enough what a pleasure it was to work with Jan. She is the consummate professional! We were buying a house while out of state and she was our eyes and ears on the ground, coordinating with parents and friends to show the house and make sure it was exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure. Her true goal was to find the perfect place for us. I always felt she was completely on our side, working hard to find us the best situation possible. Her expertise in the area we were looking was very much appreciated. When our house appraisal came in low, she worked tirelessly with the other real estate agent to not only come to an agreement between us and the seller, but also to prepare a challenge to the report. She was always available to answer any questions I had about the process (and to calm me down, when needed) - even on the occasional weekend and evening due to the time difference (though I did my best to respect her time during non-working hours). She gave excellent recommendations about who to hire for everything from a loan officer, inspector, and even a locksmith when we finally closed. Believe me, you couldn't find a better agent to represent you. Thanks, Jan! We are absolutely in love with our new house!
