My sister and I recently sold our father's home using Jan. There aren't enough good things I can write about our experience. Living out of state and hoping to sell the house quickly was of great concern when we put the house up for sale. Any anxiety I had was quickly put to rest by Jan and Robin. From the start to the finish the sale of my home was properly and professionally represented. Jan did an excellent presentation of comparable homes that sold in my area. Signage showed my home was for sale with a note to make an appointment very helpful in rural setting. Photos showed my home in a way I was proud to see. Drone photos of the outside gave an overall picture. Very nice. Robin, Jan's office assistant was able to find the water rights to the property and answered many of my questions.
