Jan Baer was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable when I was going through the process of purchasing a house recently! She competently did much of the leg work when communicating with the the seller's agent that the entire process was the smoothest that I've ever seen! She knew many names of highly qualified inspectors, plumbers, and HVAC guys that I did not have to go out and find myself. On top of that, she is also a really pleasant person to work with!
