This is the third time we've worked with Jan and Dave Baer, both buying and selling homes, and their experience continues to be one of their greatest strengths. They have a deep understanding of the real estate market, stay on top of deadlines, and communicate consistently. They will walk you through the details of each contract vs. just sending it to you to read, because they want you to fully understand the terms. They also have a great network of vendors for cleaning, repairs, and other services that can help keep a transaction moving smoothly. What I appreciate is that they're honest and realistic in their advice. They don't always tell you what you want to hear, but they share their perspective based on years of experience and work hard to help you make informed decisions. Throughout the process, they were organized, responsive, and committed to helping us achieve a successful outcome. Thank you, Jan and Dave!

Jan and Dave helped us get our first home; they were amazing the whole way. Provided so much information and were available any time we needed them. They also have so many connections, once we put an offer in they were able to provide us instantly with contact information for any issue that came up. Truly felt like they were family during the whole process. Thank you Jan and Dave, we appreciate you so much! Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy and especially for first time buyers who may need a little extra help.

Jan was very responsive to request for communication and questions. Jan and David's market knowledge was wonderful and their efforts to check the current conditions was great.

Jan and Dave went above and beyond consistently. In our opinion, they are the best in the business. Highly recommend Baer Realty.

The Baers knew the market very well. Their professionalism and responsiveness were outstanding. They provided many tips on how to prepare our home for sale and gave us contact information on sources we could use for assistance in the process. Their overall knowledge and competence were truly outstanding. We highly recommend them for their expertise in real estate sales and rentals.

Jan knows South Park very well which includes the specific needs and mandates of the HOA which can affect sales of properties. This was a valuable asset. She possesses a wealth of experience with buyers, sellers and home inspectors. She and Dave are excellent! I highly recommend and would hire again

My husband and I recently worked with Jan as our realtor for the purchase of our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jan was incredibly helpful through every step of the home-buying process. She was always available to answer questions and consistently went above and beyond to facilitate smooth communication with the seller. We are so grateful for her guidance and professionalism, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

This is the third real estate transaction Jan has assisted me with. First, after a two year search, she helped me buy a home. Second, she found me a fantastic realtor in Arizona to sell my Mom’s home. Today, I was on the seller's side. On all three occasions she was an excellent communicator and incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you, Jan!

Jan was great to work with. We've had Jan's help with one purchase and one sale. We were happy repeat customers. Jan has a great sense of the market, works hard, is totally on top of things, and got us good terms in a tough market. We'd definitely recommend her.

Jan listened to what I was looking for in my new home and she found the perfect home for me! Not only does my new home have everything I was looking for, but it is in a perfect location, and has features I didn't even know I needed! This is my second experience working with Jan, and my parents worked with her as well. Jan is truly the best at both helping to sell and helping to buy. I highly recommend Jan Baer!

We knew Jan would do an outstanding job of selling our townhouse. She successfully sold two previous residences for us, so there was no doubt that she would be the one to sell ours quickly. Jan and Dave know the market well and their professionalism put us at ease. For anyone out there looking to sell, we highly recommend Jan and Dave Baer . You will be happy you did.
