I highly recommend Jan and David. They work as a great team. they are very helpful on working out all the details and correcting any issues found. they have very good communications skills and making things understandable. We were able to sale my condo in a weeks time .Wow! Great Agents.

Jan was a great help in finding something that worked for me. I am very happy with my purchase and location. Her knowledge and proactiveness was invaluable.

We started working with the Baer’s before we moved to Littleton and were unable to secure a home that met our needs immediately. They were able to get us into a rental house in our desired neighborhood. For the next year and a half they were extremely patient with us and immediately available to show any property as soon as it came on the market, along with providing expert advice on market rates, home values, etc. Once we found a home and were under contract their help didn’t stop there. The Baer’s were there every step of the way, on top of everything, including some unexpected storm damage that happened between the inspection and closing. We cannot recommend Jan and Dave enough, they are great agents and great people!

Jan & Dave did a phenomenal job cordinating the sale of our home! Thank you very much.

Jan and Dave are both so friendly and care so much about their clients. They are very organized and work hard to make sure no detail is overlooked. I can't recommend them enough! If you need an agent you can trust that will get you the best deal possible, then look no further! They will go above and beyond.

I am new to the home buying process, but Jan was there to act as a great resource to answer any questions I had. Each step in the process was well laid out and rarely did I find myself in a situation where I was unsure of where I was at in the home buying process. As a first time homebuyer, going over the offer in detail allowed me to understand all of the important deadlines and what to expect throughout the process. Jan was professional at every turn and had a good understanding of the benefits of getting into home ownership at an early age and building credit and equity. Every resource or reference that Jan provided was professional and helped the process go by smoothly. Even after the process, Jan stayed in touch and helped give unsolicited advice on what to do in the area.

Jan and her husband Dave are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They are friendly, yet very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their expertise about selling homes in the South Park area of Littleton is second to none. Their pricing of our property was spot-on. They also knew in-depth how to successfully market a home in this area. Additionally, Dave toured our townhome and told us exactly what we would need to have fixed or replaced based on his knowledge about when these homes were built. It saved us a lot of hassle later in the selling process. Although it makes me nervous to do so, Jan served as a transaction agent for us and the buyer. I need not have worried; she represented both of our interests ethically and with transparency. Jan and Dave were promptly responsive to all of our communication with them. My husband and I consistently felt like they heard what we were saying or asking and addressed our concerns. They were proactive in sharing updates on the selling process with us. And they were always, without fail, patient, pleasant, and kind. Since we moved before our home was sold, they took good care of our place in our absence. Jan even watered plants we left behind until we could return to pick them up. Because she doesn’t like loose ends, Jan paid to have a window replaced as a gift for both us and the buyer. Jan and Dave Baer are the best real estate agents I have ever worked with. They have raised the bar for what I expect from future real estate transaction services. They are the very best!

I can't say enough about Jan and Dave Baer. They are the best. Jan helped me get into a rental back in 2013, buy my town home in 2016 and sell my home in 2023. Every step of my Colorado experience, Jan was there. They are full service with a smile. They know the market and are very professional and extremely helpful every step of the way. You can't go wrong with having Jan and Dave be your agents!!

Jan and Dave were in communication with us at every step of the way. Their knowledge of the process and foresight into what to expect next was very instrumental in guiding us through to the end despite the very unreasonable demands of a very difficult lender. Thanks to the both of you.

Thanks to their hard work, knowledgeable planning and professional guidance, they were able to direct and deliver the required documentation between buyer and seller on both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. They did this in an environment of a sometimes-unresponsive buyer's agent on one contract and of a very difficult and demanding lender on the other contract. Without their constant diligence, the outcomes would have been quite different.

Jan and Dave were excellent throughout the entire sale process of our home. They provided guidance every step of the way and were available whenever we needed them. We would recommend to anyone we care about! Thanks guys!

We were thrilled with Jan and Dave as our team. They helped us to beat out our competition in an extremely competitive market. They use modern methods and keep themselves up to date on the landscape, even as it changes quickly. There is no one better in the Denver area. Additionally, Jan focused a lot of energy on getting to know us and our needs to she could provide meaningful recommendations and guidance. She is such a sweetheart!
