We contacted Jan on a Monday evening to discuss listing our house. By Saturday evening, yes FIVE days, we had an offer over full price. We have used Baer Realty before and would not hesitate to use them again. Jan and Dave are an amazing team and exceeded our expectations!
Jan Baer was definitely the right choice for me. Her knowledge of the South Park community was incredibly helpful in navigating the ins & outs of the HOA when it came to necessary work to get my townhouse ready to sell. She was also able to answer any & all questions prospective buyers had of the community. Her personality was a match & I found her to be a pleasure to work with. Dave’s knowledge & expertise in regards to contracts & paperwork was so helpful. He took the time to walk through everything throughout the process. I would highly recommend Jan Baer!
Jan and Dave are excellent full-service professionals with an extensive knowledge of the Denver metro area. They are savvy in the correct approach for this market and will be your best advocate, which I found most invaluable. They also have developed relationships with other professionals should you need assistance in readying your home for sale. They listen and are insightful when finding the perfect home for you. Within the past 4 years, I have bought a home through them and most recently sold my mother's condo through them and could not be happier. I know many folks in real estate folks but will only use them. They are the best!
We picked Jan and David Baer to list our townhouse because of their significant demonstrated experience, and fair pricing. We sold our unit for our first asking price by following their advice. They are a very effective team, and were quick to respond to our needs. They were very proactive and dealt with prospective buyers in a very professional manner. This was in the middle of lots of changing rules in the real estate market due to the Pandemic. We wouldn,t hesitate to use them again.
Jan is by far the most effective, resourceful, professional and delightful real estate agent we've ever worked with. Her responsiveness is second to none, and her industry knowledge can't be beat. She kept us informed and provided sound advice during the entire process from pre-listing to closing. There is no substitute for an experienced real estate professional - Jan is definitely top notch! We would strongly recommend her services.
Jan and David were absolute stars with all aspects of their service. I couldn't be more happy with the result/ outcome and the quickness of the sale and closing process.

I cannot thank Jan and Dave Baer of Baer Realty enough for their help in selling my home. From the moment we initiated the process, they took the stress out of the experience. As much as that's even possible, especially when it is a divorce? Their knowledge of the market and the strategy they crafted resulted in my house getting multiple offers and under contract within days of listing. Their communication is top notch, and they keep everything on track and moving forward. They gave us access to their incredible list of professionals, including handymen, carpet cleaning, windows, garden and landscaping and even movers. Every single one was fantastic, easy to deal with, great communication, responsive, and very fair in their pricing. I have added them all to my contact list for life! As for Jan and Dave, they are my realtors for life. When I am ready to buy in a year's time I will trust them again to help me through the process and help me find the next beautiful home.
We had an excellent experience to buy our home with Jan and Dave. We didn’t have to think twice when we wanted to invest. We made on last year no longer after buying our house. This was our third and forth buying for investments and Jan and Dave were there to make sure that our experience was astonishing. They are passionate and they help you like if they were buying for themselves. They stayed available along the process and even after, giving advices, recommandations on contractors, warnings, and things to pay attention to. You can feel that they love their job and it is magnificent. We built such a good relationship that now we are friends. Thanks Jan and Dave.
Jan and Dave were always responsive when we would reach out to them. They were also very accommodating, scheduling dozens of viewings, so we could find the right house. They helped put together a strong contract to ensure we got the house we wanted. Once we were under contract, they had a good group of contractors to get us through the inspection process. Jan and Dave were great to work with.
Just completed a condo purchase that Jan facilitated. She has an excellent grasp of real estate issues and expertly guided us through the process. She went out of her way to make sure that everything proceeded as planned and there were no unexpected suprises. Thanks Jan for your advice and assistance! Also working with Jan and Dave is like getting two realtors in one stop. Thanks again to both of you.
The knowledge of the Southpark and Littleton area that Jan and her team brought to the listing was very valuable. In addition, we needed local contractors to provided services during the pre-listing and also during the contract negotiations and again Jan and her team provided us with multiple and reliable options. The deadlines we needed were achieved. The listing price was spot-on. Listing to closing was within the 30 days we requested.
