In addition, we needed local contractors to provided services during the pre-listing and also during the contract negotiations and again Jan and her team provided us with multiple and reliable options. The deadlines we needed were achieved. The listing price was spot-on. Listing to closing was within the 30 days we requested.

Our original goal was to sell our home ourselves but we soon realized we needed help to reach the wide network of buyers in our area. Jan Baer was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable when I was going through the process of purchasing a house recently! She competently did much of the leg work when communicating with the the seller's agent that the entire process was the smoothest that I've ever seen! She knew many names of highly qualified inspectors, plumbers, and HVAC guys that I did not have to go out and find myself. On top of that, she is also a really pleasant person to work with!
