I was very wary about hiring another realtor, so I asked Jamison a few dozen questions to make sure he knew what he was doing when it came to rural properties. And he did. He was able to get us 22 showings the first weekend on the market, which is AMAZING because the property was very rural and it was during the middle of a pandemic. He got us 13 offers, and we sold for $50,000 over our asking price. I couldn't ask for anything more! My husband is in the military and was gone training while we were selling the house. So I was trying to do all this alone with 4 kids. But Jamison never made me feel I was doing it alone. He crawled under my house to check on something, helped me change lightbulbs, checked on the house after hail storms, and offered to help me with anything I needed. He went far above and beyond what any realtor sound have done in this situation, and I cannot be more thankful. If you couldn't tell from the novel I wrote, Jamison is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs!
