I saw a new listing in the morning and put an offer in by the late afternoon. There were 4 offers by the end of the day and Jaimie helped me successfully counter offer and now I am sitting in my new home watching the sunrise and having coffee. There were many questions and logistics to work through, being out of state, and Jamie not only responded quickly but helped work through the process quickly and smoothly, he was always patient, kind, knowledgeable and calm. It was a pleasure to work with him.

From the start, Jamie listened and took the time to learn exactly what we wanted in a home. He was not pushy and completely focused on us. During the entire home buying process, he had everything handled and explained the steps throughly. He was very responsive and kept us up-to-date on everything going on. He was there all the way to end and even afterward. Jamie is personable and his calm demeanor is helpful during a hectic experience.
