Jami located, presented and closed on a property for me in Redondo Beach sight unseen on my part. I trusted Jami as my eyes and ears, I told her what I was looking for and she skillfully handled it from start to finish. I was out of town, and showed up after it was closed to see it for the first time. Her selection surpassed my expectations. I don't recommend that people follow this sight unseen formula, but Jami's attention to detail that included the inspection, HOA etc. gave me peace of mind in those areas that can be trouble. I'd give her 10 stars if they allowed it!

I've known Jami for 10 years and have bought 2 homes with her as my agent and broker. She operates at a high level of professionalism and knows the business inside and out. She is honest, fair and a shark--she helped my husband and I get a killer deal on our house up in Palos Verdes and we have been very happy there. Jami is unlike most agents in that she is a loan officer as well. It is so helpful to have someone who can help navigate the real estate market and then get you the best interest rates on a loan. She is a one stop shop and eliminates a lot of the hassle of finding a house and then looking to get a a low interest rate loan. I highly recommend her as she will save you a ton of time and headache.
