Jami located, presented and closed on a property for me in Redondo Beach sight unseen on my part. I trusted Jami as my eyes and ears, I told her what I was looking for and she skillfully handled it from start to finish. I was out of town, and showed up after it was closed to see it for the first time. Her selection surpassed my expectations. I don't recommend that people follow this sight unseen formula, but Jami's attention to detail that included the inspection, HOA etc. gave me peace of mind in those areas that can be trouble. I'd give her 10 stars if they allowed it!

This was only possible due to her preparation which set us a part from everyone else. Jami is an amazing agent and Mortgage Broker. This is the only person I would use. She helped me get into the house of my dreams 4 years ago and made the process effortless. She communicates very well and has very good connections with Mortgage companies, painters and all the people you need to elevate your home before you move in. I used her again at the beginning of 2022 to refinance my home before the rates went up and she came thru and got me approved for a great rate even though my credit had suffered a little bit during Covid. She is the best!! Do yourself a favor a hire her, you will not regret it!
