James is kind a caring realtor and really cares about his clients. In 2015 we moved from out of state and didn’t know where to move too. James worked hard on showing homes and giving us listings that would suit us the most. But most importantly he got to know us and our needs and He found us the perfect home. Next to a top rated elementary school this home suited our family perfectly. 2021 I called him again to sell our home. I knew I could trust James he is a good Man, very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He is the best in my opinion.
I don’t think you can have a better Agent to go with. If you are listing or looking to buy, Mr. Williams is your guy. Met him back in 2013 and he was the buying agent for us and he sold our home in 2021. He is the impediment of what an agent should represent by having customer service, knowledge, integrity, honesty and compassion. I wouldn’t recommend no else than James because there’s no one better.
We've used James for the purchase of 2 homes and the sale of 1 home in the last 5 1/2 years and he's always a pleasure to work with. He's very knowledgable on the market trends and inventory.
